The high precision of Doimak thread grinding machines is the result of a meticulous assembly process, motions by means of hydrostatic or linear guides, precision positioning by glass scales and the application of direct drive technology for the workpiece and wheel spindle. The elimination of gears, pulleys or belts in each models design gives vibration free transmission, the best surface finishes and also results in lower power consumption.
